For the top, I use baskets that are lined to store the bottles (baby wash, baby oil, etc.) and anything that needs to be in close reach. There are 4 drawers & are 2 dfferent sizes so the smaller drawers are used for extra supplies and trial sizes I received from the mail or from baby fairs. The larger drawers are where I put the diapers. Wipes stayed in the tub on top of the cart. I have a plastic rolling cart w/ drawers.
